SOLD OUT! The base beer is a classic Saison – brewed with barley, wheat, rye and oats, fermented warm with a fruity Saison yeast, and left unfiltered. Right before packaging, it was dosed in freshly brewed Rooibos tea, sourced locally, to add a uniquely complementary character to the Saison.
