Ease through the long, cold Ontario winter with this sweet and savoury treat. Vanilla Barleywine is nearly 12% ABV, and was brewed in August to allow over 5 months of maturation and conditioning time. This way its strength is not overwhelming, but rather wonderfully woven into the lush character of the beer.
